KAHA

KAHA is Radic's four-piston brake, designed and hand-assembled in New Zealand. A 9mm lever piston drives four 16/17mm caliper pistons. Combined with the high mechanical ratio of the lever, this means less finger force for more braking power. The short dead stroke and low-friction seals give a sharp, predictable bite point, and the power can be controlled precisely on steep, rough terrain. The stainless steel pistons transfer less heat from the pads to the fluid, which keeps braking consistent on long descents. The bleed route runs through the whole caliper in sequence, so one bleed flushes the full system. Every part can be rebuilt, and the threaded pistons come out easily for servicing. Each set is individually bled and tested before it ships.
