The KAHA is one of the most powerful brake sets on the market! Resulting from the large mechanical ratio between finger force and caliper clamping force.
A short dead stroke and frictionless lever allow for smooth actuation and sharp bite point.
By utilizing state-of-the-art design tools, the KAHA brake is designed to be both lightweight and rigid. With the addition of custom seals and stainless-steel bearings, the brakes offer unparalleled power modulation.
SIMPLE BLEEDING PROCEDURE
The KAHA brake set has been expertly engineered to ensure efficient removal of old oil and air from the system, thanks to its hydraulic route which minimizes the presence of trapped air. With the use of easily accessible bleed tool fittings, tuning up the brake set is both quick and hassle-free.
The design of the KAHA brake set provides a firm grip, instilling confidence in the rider. The simplified oil bleed route is achieved by looping the entire caliper and passing all chambers sequentially, enabling a complete system flush during the bleeding process.
This painless design significantly reduces maintenance times, while also enhancing the overall performance of the brake set.
SUPERIOR HEAT MANAGEMENT
Crafted from high-quality aerospace-grade Aluminum, the KAHA caliper comes fitted with finely engineered Stainless Steel pistons.
Stainless Steel's low thermal conductivity acts as an additional barrier between the brake pads' heat generation and the brake fluid.
For even greater performance, spec your brake set with Mineral Oil seals and use Bleedkit Gold. This powerful combination raises the boiling point to approximately 360°C, far higher than DOT 5.1, enabling even more reliable and consistent braking.
EASY SERVICING
For those of you wanting to service your own caliper, we have made that job easier by making the whole system fully rebuildable and can provide the necessary tools to do so.
We also designed our caliper pistons with threads so they can be easily extracted using our piston service tool.
This brake set can be configured with seals for either DOT 5.1 or Mineral Oil applications. We also offer seal kits so you can swap to a different oil later on if you wish.
