REAL RIDERS. REAL FEEDBACK.

“A beautifully made NZ-built brake with powerful, intuitive performance.”

— Spoke Magazine [ New Zealand ]

“Absolutely amazing brakes. They have all the top features from all the main brands, all rolled into one… Cannot recommend these brakes enough… Definitely finally found my perfect brakes. No more compromising.”

— Danny [ UK ]

“Full confidence from the get-go, great feel to them too. Haven't had to bleed or adjust the bite point of the brakes since fitting them, and they still feel the exact same, so damn good!”

— Josh [ Whistler Trail Crew ]

“These brakes are the business. Ludicrous controllable power at your fingertips”

— Ben [ New Zealand ]

“The @radicnz brakes are the ducks nuts, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the power and feel.”

— Josh [ Australia ]

“Super happy with my purchase. The tolerances are second to none, calipers and levers are like a work of art. All the titanium hardware is a nice plus. Bleeding was super easy. Stopping power is incredible.

— Tibor [ United States ]

“Easy to bleed, reliable, and consistent across temperatures.”

— MTBR Community Rider

“The Kaha is strong, powerful and temperatures of heavy braking still result in consistent fade-free performance. To top that off its a NZ product, so what's not to like about that. They are an amazing piece of engineering. Money well spent.”

— Norm [ New Zealand ]

“Love these brakes. So consistent. So much power. So little finger force needed… Zero issues…”

— John

“Hands down the best brakes you’ll ever run, and one of the easiest bleeding procedures out… These brakes are bulletproof, completely rebuildable and offer unrivalled performance.”

— Dan [ New Zealand ]

THICKER. COOLER. MORE CONTROL.

When you’re pushing harder, riding longer descents, or carrying more speed into rough terrain, your braking system needs real thermal capacity.

Radic Heavy Duty Discs are built at 2.3mm thickness, compared to the common 1.8mm–2.0mm rotors on the market. That extra material is a direct performance gain.

More Material = Larger Heat Sink

A thicker brake disc draws heat away from the braking surface and dissipates more heat before temperatures spike. That means:

  • Lower peak operating temperatures

  • Reduced brake fade on sustained descents

  • More consistent performance

  • Reduced glazing of pads & maintained integrity

BIGGER IS BETTER

Braking torque is directly related to diameter.

Increasing the disc size increases the leverage acting against the wheel, which means more stopping power with less effort at the lever.

  • 180mm – Balanced trail performance

  • 203mm – Aggressive enduro and heavier riders

  • 223mm – Maximum torque for e-MTB, bike park, and sustained alpine descents

Moving up in rotor size gives you:

  • Increased braking torque

  • Reduced hand fatigue

  • Lower system temperatures

  • Greater control at high speeds

BUILT FOR DEMANDING RIDING

Radic Heavy Duty Rotors are designed for:

  • Enduro and gravity racing

  • e-MTB loads

  • Long alpine descents

  • High-speed technical terrain

  • Riders who consistently push braking limits

If you’re overheating standard rotors, burning through pads, or chasing more braking confidence — this is your upgrade.
